We undertook an interesting task of converting a precast concrete building previously used as a workshop and converted it into an innovation centre comprising an auditorium, hostel, training centre and office space. Designed to allow flexibility and adaptability as the building was later reused as an IBS centre for excellence, a concept of Shell and Plug ins was employed.
