Luminous Multifaceted
Drawing inspiration from multiple cuts of a precious gem, the building is contemporary in design and made of a luminous multifaceted form, displaying a transparency, which continuously changes.
Each façade differs as one travels around the building, coming alive at night with the play of light, at times translucent and at times opaque. The design is an establishment of a new urban interior as crevices in the form of diagonal cuts serve to bring in natural ventilation, reduce deep floor plates and admit daylight.
Menara Prima Putrajaya Core Island Malaysia
Menara Prisma in Putrajaya Core Island is a Grade A premium office building of 13 storeys with 2 levels of retail space. The building was the first commercial development in the Malay- sian government’s administrative capital and is our response to the stakeholders’ aspirations for an iconic building which is in harmony with the structured planning of the surrounding developments.
